PS Analytical’s Online Stack Gas Mercury Analysers are advanced continuous emission monitoring (CEM) systems designed for real-time, unattended measurement of mercury in combustion flue gases and industrial stack emissions. Using highly sensitive atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) and dedicated gas conditioning/sample handling, these analysers extract representative gas samples, remove particulates and moisture, and reliably quantify total mercury — and in some configurations speciated forms — from power plants, waste-to-energy plants, industrial furnaces, cement kilns and other combustion sources.
Representative sampling — heated, insulated probes capture flue gas without condensation or bias.
Gas conditioning — particulate filters and moisture removal ensure clean, measurable samples.
AFS detection — extracted mercury vapour is analysed with ultra-sensitive fluorescence spectroscopy.
Reporting & control — continuous measurements feed into onsite displays, plant DCS or environmental reporting systems.
